2. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
In order to enhance Your user experience and improve Our Services, the Company collects information about You from two sources: (i) information You affirmatively give to us; and (ii) information automatically collected when You visit any out Platform or use any of Our Services.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED FOR ACCOUNT CREATION
In order to provide Our full range of Services, We may collect the following types of information from You (as applicable) including but not limited to: Name, Email address, PAN number and Aadhaar number,Phone number,Gender, Date of birth, Education,Marital status,Your preferred language, etc.All such information shall collectively be referred to as "Personal Information".
After You provide such information and set up Your account, We may ask You to provide KYC documents to prove you identity, such as Aadhaar images and PAN card images. We may require You to upload photos and/or documents to complete Your loan application form. We require the camera information permission to provide You with an easy/smooth experience and to enable you to click photos of your KYC documents along with other requisite documents and upload the same onto the Platform for the loan application.
Then, we ask you to provide current address information, such as your type of residence and current residential address. Furthermore, we will verify your employment status. You may be asked to provide your company name, company address, and income information. All the information collected assesses your risk level and matches you with products that are more suitable for you.
Then we ask you to provide the emergency contacts for the purposes of risk analysis by enabling us to detect credible references. The more credible the references are, the lower is the risk associated with a User.
If You send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about Your activities or postings on the Platform, We collect such information into a file specific to You.
Some additional information about yourself will be needed on an optional basis. We may ask You for certain financial information, including bank card account data or other payment method data, to process payments for some of Our Services.
AUTOMATIC COLLECTION OF OTHER NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
We automatically track certain information about You based upon Your behaviour on our Platform. We use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our users and improve Our Services. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. In addition, the information provides Us valuable feedback on your identity as a device holder as well as Your device behaviour, thereby allowing Us to improve Our Services and provide an enhanced customized user experience to You.
COLLECTION OF LOCATIONS
Collect and monitor information about the location of your device to provide serviceability of your loan application, reduce risks associated with your application and also provide customized offers.
COLLECTION OF CAMERA
This app requires camera access so that you can easily scan or capture required KYC documents/images and save time by allowing us to auto-fill relevant data. This ensures that you are provided with a seamless experience while using the application.
COLLECTION OF STORAGE
This app can access the files stored on your device to help you upload your KYC documents/images, bank statements, salary slip and other required documents to complete the loan application process. We collect information about your files to increase security so that your account cannot be used by others. This will also help us assess your risk level and provide you with a product that is more suitable for you.
COLLECTION OF INSTALLED APPLICATIONS
As of app version 2.7.6 we do not collect or store any installed application information. If you mind that we collect your app installation information, please check whether your app version is 2.7.6 or above. If not, please update to the latest version as soon as possible.

5. TRANSPARENCY AND CHOICE
Your acknowledgement. All information disclosed by you shall be deemed to be disclosed willingly and without any coercion. No liability pertaining to the authenticity/genuineness/ misrepresentation/ fraud/ negligence, etc. of the information disclosed shall lie on the Company nor will the Company in any way be responsible to verify any information obtained from you. You represent and warrant that any and all information, including but not limited to Your Personal Information is absolutely correct, and complete in all aspects. You further undertake to immediately update the Company of any change or variation of your Personal Information.

We use reasonable security measures and safeguards to protect Your privacy and Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of such information, in compliance with the applicable laws. We cannot however ensure or warrant the security of any information You transmit to the Company or guarantee that Your personal information and/or information provided for availing the Services or Platform may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by a breach of any of Our security measures and safeguards.
b.It is further clarified that You have and so long as You access and/or use the Platform (directly or indirectly) the obligation to ensure that You shall at all times, take adequate physical, managerial, and technical safeguards, at Your end, to preserve the integrity and security of Your data which shall include and not be limited to Your Personal Information.
c.When payment information is being transmitted on or through the Platform, it will be protected by encryption technology. You expressly consent to the sharing of Your information with third party service providers, including payment gateways, to process payments and manage payment card information. The Company does not itself store Your payment card account information, and does not have direct control over or responsibility for Your payment card account information. Hence, the Company cannot guarantee that transmissions of Your payment card account information or Personal Information will always be secure or that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat the security measures taken by the Company or the Company's third party service providers. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for disclosure of Your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access, or other causes beyond its control.

Withdrawal of consent: At any point of time Users can choose to edit/modify or delete/withdraw any information shared for use of the Platform by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that deleting or withdrawing information may affect the Services being provided to You on the Platform. In case of modification of any information, Users will be required to furnish supporting documents relating to change in information for the purpose of verification by the Company. In such a scenario, the Company may delete Your information (personal or otherwise) or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributable to You.
Promotional emails: You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from the Company by following the instructions in those emails. If You opt out, the Company may still send You non-promotional emails, such as emails about the Services and Your account.
